Grange, Integrity Celebrate 10 Years of Affiliation |
![]() Positive aspects were gained immediately, with both organizations enjoying a larger spread of geographic risk and an “A” (Excellent) rating from A.M. Best. Soon, the Grange Mutual Casualty Group, which includes Integrity, would reach $1 billion in direct written premium. In addition to these bottom line results, both companies experienced a burst in improved technology in underwriting and claims and an expanded product portfolio. It’s these past successes that provide the basis for an optimistic future for both companies. “We look forward to the continued success of our partnership and strengthened contributions to the enterprise,” said Integrity President and CEO Joe DiMartino. “We have an excellent management team in place, our partnership with Grange has never been stronger and our independent agent partners have confidence in our direction.” While it’s appropriate to take a moment and reflect when reaching an anniversary, the focus continues to be – as it should – on planning for continuing success. “We are proud of our past and what the affiliation has meant to both organizations,” said Grange President and CEO Tom Welch. “We’ve learned a lot in the past 10 years, with the success of this affiliation providing a blueprint to follow as we diversify in the years to come.” |
